The Gold Crown Standard...

Rivalt Kennels is a small family run hobby kennel specializing in Lhasa Apsos, with 20 years experience in the breed. We breed dogs to maintain the original Apso Seng Kyi, not the show dog of today. We are also involved with Chihuahuas as of 2019. Our dogs and puppies are raised in our home, with our family. Our website offers information on the breeds, and we are always available, via email, to answer any questions you may have. If you are looking for a happy, healthy puppy, feel free to contact us.

Purchasing From Rivalt Kennels

Good health begins with our dogs. We thoroughly health screen all our dogs, and we do the same to our puppies. They come with shot records, health certificate, CKC registration packet, dewormed for roundworm, whipworm, hookworm, and tapeworm, and their puppy contract.

When our adults retire, many retire right here with us, but sometimes we look for special homes where they can be the only pet, or even just a few pets, so they can have the retirement they deserve. All are housebroken and trained. If you don't have time for a puppy, consider purchasing an adult!

Visits by appointment only, please.  We do not ship puppies, all sales must be made in person, and we do not accept online payments. Please schedule a visit to meet your new best friend.

Puppies are given basic housebreaking, noise desensitization training, basic leash breaking, basic grooming acceptance training, early socialization, and are given experience of different flooring, such as carpet, tile, wood, concrete, and grass.

We offer a lifetime guarantee against hypothyroidosm, 1 year guarantee against genetic defects, and a 14 day guarantee against communicable disease.

Contact us at [email protected] if you are interested in purchasing a puppy from Rivalt Kennels.

The Gold Crown Standard.... Accept nothing but the best.

Dogs as well as humans can get Covid, so we have taken precautions against infection at Rivalt. We do outdoor contactless pick up, and no longer allow visits with the parents and litters, though we can provide photos of pups and parents. Thank you for your understanding on this matter, and helping keep people and our canine friends safe from this virus. UPDATE: Hopefully we will be resuming in person visits starting December 2020. We will keep this date updated depending on situation. This has been a tremendous inconvenience for everyone and we appreciate your patience.
